The photos on the right are from a male who had
previously injured his left pectoral muscle. The
asymmetry And atrophy between his right and left
pectoral is noticeable in the top photo.
Beginning with a program of reconditioning therapy for
the atrophied muscle, the first step was to regain and
equalize strength.
Combined with strength training was cardiovascular
conditioning to target fat that was covering the chest
and abdomen.
Nutrition was employed using the science of nutrient
timing to ensure that weight workouts built muscle, and
cardiovascular sessions removed body fat.
The photos to the right show the changes in the chest
and abdomen over a 15 week period, from September
to December. The progression of the atrophied left
chest muscle is apparent in the photos, and was evident
in the strength gains made.
